Good on ya Davy, ive been ripped off in a similar way, it seems if the seller ignores ebays (or paypals) emails for 30 days Ebay and paypal deem the matter as closed. a fekin disgrace!
What an appalling state of affairs. A lesson to us all.
So much for papal protection, huh?
